Delivery Options

An Post (Small Items such as Seeds)

Cost: €4.99

Standard Delivery (Parcels up to 25kg)

Cost: €6.99

Covers most standard parcels within size and weight limits.

  • Multiple items qualify for combined delivery where possible.
  • Delivered within 5–7 working days.

Local Delivery (Wexford Area Only)

Cost: €10

Available for deliveries within our local area.

  • Covers parcels up to 25kg or within standard dimensions.
  • Multiple items can be combined under one delivery charge.
  • Delivered within 5–7 working days.

Click & Collect

Prefer to collect your order? Choose Click & Collect at checkout – it's fast, free, and easy.

  • We'll notify you when your order is ready – please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
  • Collection Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
    • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Please note:
  • Some heavy or fragile items may only be available for collection.
  • Orders cannot be modified at the time of collection – any additions must be processed as a separate transaction.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things change. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy:

  • Returns Window: Items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in resalable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Sale Items: Eligible for exchange or credit note only.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons – please enquire if unsure.
  • Return Process:
    • Call us on 051-561113 within 14 days to arrange a return.
    • For in-store returns, bring your order number to Wallace's Homevalue, Wellingtonbridge.
    • Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Call 051-561113 and ask for a member of our customer care team. Please have your order number and item details to hand.
  • You may be asked to provide photo or video evidence.
  • Alternatively, email [your contact email], including your order number, a description of the fault, and any supporting images or videos.
