- Unused and in a resalable state
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion are eligible for exchange or credit note only. Refunds are not available on these items.
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our team before returning.
Goods That Cannot Be Returned

- Plaster slabs
- Hardwall / plaster
- Slates
- Reinforcing mesh
- Damaged goods
- Goods not in original packaging
How to Return an Item
To arrange a return, simply follow these steps:
- Call us on 051-561113 within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of the return.
- For in-store returns, bring the item along with your order number to:
Wallace’s Homevalue, Wellingtonbridge, Co. Wexford.
- If returning by post or courier, please note that return postage is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.
- Contact us immediately on 051-561113 and ask for our customer care team.
- Please have your order number and item details ready.
- You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the fault to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
