That’s why we’re thrilled to be hosting Women’s DIY Workshops in-store, delivered by Martin Glynn from The DIY Academy.
Learn by Doing With Expert Guidance
We all know the feeling of watching endless YouTube videos, only to still feel nervous about picking up the tools. That’s where our workshops are different. Led by Martin Glynn from The DIY Academy, an experienced carpenter and DIY tutor with over 20 years of hands-on know-how, these workshops offer practical, hands-on learning with expert guidance every step of the way. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and learning by doing. No prior experience is needed. No complicated jargon. Just real, practical skills you can put into practice straight away.
A Supportive & Encouraging Environment
Our Women’s DIY Workshops are designed for women of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re starting from scratch or simply want to brush up on your skills, you’ll join a small group of like-minded women, all learning and supporting each other. Many of our participants leave not only with new skills, but with new friendships too!
